Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of herb cream cheese
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 small jar of cherry brandy
- salt and pepper
- ½ can tangerine(s)
- 250 g grapes
- 150 g cheese (Emmental)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the cream cheese with the cream and kirsch. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the mandarins. Halve and deseed the grapes. Dice the Emmental cheese. Mix everything. Divide among cocktail glasses and pour the sauce over the top.
