vegetarian and simple

For the dough, knead the flour with the dry yeast, a little salt, and the lukewarm water to form a dough, then cover and let rest for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Finely chop the onions and toss in a little butter. Set aside and let cool slightly. Finely grate the cheese and mix well with the remaining ingredients and the onions. Roll out the dough thinly and place it on a baking sheet or shallow cake tin, pulling up the edges slightly. Spread with the filling and bake at 160°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Cut the finished cheese flatbread into pieces and serve with green salad or potato salad. This amount is exactly enough for a standard baking sheet.
