A must for garlic lovers

Rinse the earthenware pot with water. Cook the pasta until al dente. Finely dice the onions and fry until golden brown. If you like, you can fry 6-8 finely chopped garlic cloves with them. Dice the ham and cheese. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Whisk the cream. When the cream begins to thicken, add 1-1.5 tubes of tomato paste and stir well. Then add the garlic and stir. Place a layer of pasta in the earthenware pot. Add all of the onions and press down firmly. Press down another layer of pasta firmly. Layer the ham on top, then more pasta, then the cheese, and finally the remaining pasta. Press each layer firmly. Finally, spread the sauce on top. Place the earthenware pot in a cold oven and bake at 200°C for 1-1.5 hours.
