Cheesecake with Cherries

The perfect cheesecake with cherries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 500 g Cream curd
  • 1 Lemon organic
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 125 g Butter
  • 200 g Cherries fresh
  • 4 medium-sized Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  1. Wash the cherries and remove the seeds. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Finally, squeeze out a little juice from half a lemon and add it.
  2. Then put half of the quark mixture in a sprig form (line the springform pan with baking paper or grease it with butter.) Place the cherries on the mixture and pour the rest of the mixture onto the cherries. Bake everything in the oven at 160 to 175 degrees for about 65 to 75 minutes. ( Circulating air )
