Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g cream cheese, 40%
- 175 g sugar, + 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 eggs
- 1 pack of vanilla sauce powder for 0.5l milk
- 1 pkt. pudding powder, almond flavor
- 30 g almond(s), chopped
- 1 pack of cake glaze, red
- 125 g jelly (strawberry jelly)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 500 g strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the quark, 175g sugar, lemon juice, eggs, sauce powder, and pudding powder. Fold in the almonds. Pour the quark mixture into a greased 26 cm dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 55-65 minutes. Let the cake cool and remove from the dish. Wash and hull the strawberries, then halve or quarter them. Arrange them in a dome shape over the cake. Mix the glaze and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan. Stir in 1/4 l water until smooth and bring to a boil while stirring. Melt the jelly in the mixture. Spread the glaze evenly over the strawberries and allow to set. Dust the cake with icing sugar before serving.
