Cherry Cheesecake

The perfect cherry cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 175 g Butter
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 2 Pkg Vanilla pudding
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 glass Cherries
  • 40 g Crush Amarettini almond biscuits
  1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Layer the crushed amarettinis, cherries and batter in several layers on top of each other. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 175 degrees
