Cherry Cheesecake

- 175 g Butter
- 175 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 2 Pkg Vanilla pudding
- 4 Eggs
- 1 glass Cherries
- 40 g Crush Amarettini almond biscuits
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Layer the crushed amarettinis, cherries and batter in several layers on top of each other. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 175 degrees
