Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g raclette cheese
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 60 g pork fillet(s)
  • 2 small potatoes, pre-cooked
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

1. Slice the pork fillet, cherry tomatoes, and potatoes. 2. Arrange the potatoes, meat, and tomatoes in a pan, place a slice of cheese on top, sprinkle with rosemary, and bake in the raclette grill. 3. Remove from the pan, sprinkle with pepper, and serve!
