Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast
- 1 Glass Green beans
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- Bean bean
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Chop the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. 2. Fry the sliced meat & dice the peppers at the same time. 3. When the meat has gotten a bit of color, add the peppers & fry for a few minutes. 4. Drain the beans, collecting the water if you want more sauce. 5. Put the beans in the pan, mix everything, then stir in the creme fraiche. 6. Season to taste with salt, pepper, a splash of lemon juice & some savory. If you like, loosen everything up with the bean water. 7. Let simmer for a few minutes, done.
- 2nd tip: Please do not rinse the chicken breast as it is often advised because the bacteria on the meat are killed by the frying anyway. By rinsing, these bacteria are still distributed in the sink and surroundings.
