- 3 packet Goat cheese
- 2 Pears fresh
- 10 Physalis
- Berry fruits fresh
- Forest blossom honey
- Walnuts
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Cut the goat cheese into approx. 4 cm thick slices and spread them on the plate. Then quarter and core the pears and place on the plate with the berries.
- Drizzle the whole thing with honey and cook in the oven (150 degrees for about 7 minutes) until the cheese turns brown. Warning: the cheese should not melt!
