Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken fillets
- 1 small Zucchini
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 3 size Tomatoes
- 1 Pointed peppers
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cream or milk
Instructions
- Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry and cut into small pieces, fry in a pan with hot oil, remove and keep warm.
- Wash the zucchini and cut into slices, peel the cucumber from the seeds, cut into slices, wash the tomatoes, cut into slices, divide the pointed peppers, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
- Now put the vegetables in the pan and sauté everything, season with salt and pepper. Pour in the vegetable stock, cream or milk and let it simmer a little
