Brazilian recipe
Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces. Cut off the tips and stems of the okra and cut the pods into roughly 1 cm pieces. Mix the cream, tomato paste, and stock powder. Sear the chicken cubes in a hot pan with a little oil, then remove. Sauté the onions and garlic in the frying fat. Deglaze with the cream mixture, add the ginger powder and lemon juice, and simmer the okra and chicken for a few minutes. Add a little water, if necessary. Stir in the quartered cherry tomatoes and cook everything again until tender. Arrange on plates, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with rice.
