Chicken breast with white grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 servings of chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 200 g grapes, light, seedless
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch
  • 200 g cream
  • 100 g blue cheese, creamy
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Parsley, flat for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Season the fillets with salt and pepper and fry gently in oil until cooked through. Keep warm. Meanwhile, wash the grapes, drain them, and halve them. Heat the chicken broth. Mix the cornstarch with a little cream. Add the remaining cream and cheese to the hot broth and stir in the cornstarch. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and continue to simmer until the cheese has melted and the cornstarch has thickened. Add the grapes to the sauce and heat through. To serve, coat the meat with the sauce and garnish with parsley. Pasta goes very well with this dish!
