Chicken Chicken Chips with Caramelized Carrots
The perfect chicken chicken chips with caramelized carrots recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Chicken Chicken Chips:
- 300 g Chicken breast fillets in a crispy cereal breading frozen
- 5 tbsp Oil
Caramelized carrots:
- 400 g Carrots
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Syrup
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp Cut carrots
Serve:
- 2 Branches Carrot for garnish
Chicken Chicken Chips:
- Fry the chicken chicken chips in a pan with oil (5 tbsp), not defrosted, on both sides until golden-brown.
Caramelized carrots:
- Peel the carrots with the peeler, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 5 minutes, drain and add butter (2 tablespoons), syrup (1 tablespoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper fry the grinder (2 big pinches). Finally sprinkle with cut carrots and toss in them.
Serve:
- Serve the chicken chips with caramelized carrots, garnished with carrots.
