Chicken gnocchi pan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g gnocchi, from the refrigerated section
  • 3 chicken fillets, 125 g each
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 150 g cream cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150 ml water
  • 6 tbsp cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fry the gnocchi in oil in a large pan for about 5 minutes. Remove. Cut the chicken into pieces and brown them vigorously in the remaining oil. Deglaze with water and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Dissolve the cheese in the sauce. Slice the spring onions into rings and add them to the meat along with the gnocchi. Bring to a boil.
