Chicken Minute Steak with Onions and Mushrooms

The perfect chicken minute steak with onions and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Chicken minute steaks approx. 180 g (Mediterranean marinated)
  • 2 Onions approx. 150 g
  • 8 Brown mushrooms approx. 180 g
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 Small tomatoes for garnish
  • 2 Small stalks of parsley for garnish
  • 2 Bun
  1. Fry the chicken minute steaks in a grill pan with hot sunflower oil (1 tbsp) on both sides for just under minutes and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches). Peel the onions and cut in half crosswise. Remove / cut off the stems and clean / brush the mushrooms. Heat butter (1 tbsp) and sunflower oil (1 tbsp) in a coated pan. Put the onion halves and mushrooms in it and fry for a few minutes. Turn once or twice, sprinkle with sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp) and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches). Arrange all ingredients (chicken minute steak, onion halves and mushrooms) on 2 plates, each garnished with 2 tomato halves and a stick of parsley, serve. A bread roll is enough for this.
