Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 wholemeal rolls
- 2 slices of turkey breast
- 4 lettuce leaves
- ¼ bell pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ apple
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely grate the apple and add all the ingredients for the dip to a bowl. Whisk everything together. For the sandwich, cut the turkey breast into strips. Clean and wash the bell peppers and cut them into thin strips. Spread the curry dip on the rolls. Top the rolls with lettuce leaves, bell peppers, and turkey breast strips.
