Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry in a pan for about 5 minutes on each side. Wrap in aluminum foil and let stand for another 7 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the lettuce, drain, and cut into wide strips. Peel the carrot, thinly slice, and blanch for one minute. Refresh in ice water and let drain. Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Remove the meat from the foil and stir the juices into the marinade, slice the meat, and arrange on a plate. Mix the lettuce with the carrots and serve. Drizzle with the marinade and sprinkle with chopped coriander and toasted sesame seeds.
