Chicken soup with green beans à la Didi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml chicken broth, frozen
  • 500 g frozen chicken
  • 400 g green beans, frozen
  • 1 tsp savory
  • 3 tsp chicken broth powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Thaw the chicken broth, chicken, and green beans. Cut the green beans into 1.5-2 cm pieces. Stir in the savory. Remove the bones from the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Bring the chicken broth, chicken, and beans to a boil. Add 1 liter of water and the chicken broth powder and bring back to a boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with pepper and cayenne pepper. Plate and serve.
