Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- ½ pack of frozen leaf spinach, approx. 200 g
- 1 pack of cream
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- some broth, granulated
- 2 tbsp oil
- some pine nuts
- some flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and coat in a little flour. Brown well on all sides in hot oil. Dice the bell pepper, add it, and fry briefly. Add the spinach leaves and let it thaw, then pour in the cream. Simmer briefly and season with granulated stock, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Sprinkle with a few toasted pine nuts before serving.
