Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken fillet(s)
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g sour cream
- 140g Gouda
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Cut the fillets into small cubes. Slice the bell peppers and the spring onions into rings. Slice the mushrooms. Chop the garlic. Brown the meat in hot oil, season, and remove from the pan. Then brown the vegetables, adding the milk and sour cream. Grate the cheese and melt half of it in the sauce. Season the sauce. Mix half of the sauce with the meat. Fry the tortillas in the pan. Spread the meat and sauce mixture on the tortillas, roll them up, and place them in a greased baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at approximately 200°C for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese has browned slightly.
