Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 12 chicken wings
- 6 tbsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Garlic, crushed

very simple, very inexpensive, delicious
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the wings and pat dry. In a bowl, mix the paprika, pepper, salt, and crushed garlic (if desired) into a smooth paste. Brush the mixture all over the wings (if you prefer, you can also put it all in a plastic bag and marinate the wings for about 6 hours). Don’t add olive oil, as it will get too greasy in the oven! Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, folding the paper up about 4 cm on all sides so the sheet stays fairly clean. Now place the brushed wings in the hot oven for 1 hour. About halfway through, remove the sheet, brush the wings again, and turn them over. They should be so cooked through that the meat easily falls off the bone. Serve immediately.
