Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 265 g chickpeas (drained weight)
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • some basil
  • ½ cucumber(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, feta, and basil into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
