Chickpea salad with tomatoes, halloumi and basil balsamic vinaigrette

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150g halloumi
  • 100 g chickpeas, cooked
  • some basil
  • 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely dice the halloumi. Strain the chickpeas if necessary. Finely chop the basil. Mix these ingredients together. Season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. You have a delicious salad. You can add more balsamic vinegar and olive oil if you like it spicier.
