Chickpea sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g chickpeas
  • 10 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 pinch(s) of paprika powder, hot
  • ½ tsp fresh basil, chopped
  • ½ tsp savory
  • ½ tsp tarragon, fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Drain the chickpeas thoroughly and puree. Finely grate the garlic and finely chop the herbs. Combine all ingredients, except the breadcrumbs, and puree again. Finally, add as much breadcrumbs as needed to create a firm mixture. Form the chickpeas into sausages and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
