- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Peel the shallot and slice it thinly. Clean the chili pepper and finely chop it, preferably wearing gloves. For the dressing, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix it with the salad ingredients just before serving.
