Chili – with Difference
The perfect chili – with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Fresh chicken breast
- 2 piece Chilli pepper
- 1 piece Red peppers
- 1 Can Canned kidney beans
- 500 g Sieved tomatos
- 1 a cup Cream
- 200 g Grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
- Salt and pepper
- Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and remove excess fat. Place in a large, flat baking dish.
- Put kidney beans in a sieve and rinse under cold water until there is no more foam. Cut the bell pepper into pieces. Pour both over the poultry
- Cut the chili peppers into very fine cubes. Put the tomatoes and cream in a bowl, add the chopped chilli peppers, season with paprika, salt and pepper. Rinse the herbs, cut them into small pieces and add them to the tomato-cream sauce. Mix everything well and pour over the poultry.
- Finally, spread the grated cheese over it and cook at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 40 minutes. If the cheese gets too dark, cover with aluminum foil.
