Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 1 large onion(s)
- 100 g diced ham
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 ml cream
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche with herbs
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Fondor
- Maggi
- Mustard
- Salad herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Sauté the finely diced onions and ham cubes in oil. Make a marinade with the remaining ingredients. Pour the warm ham and onion mixture and the salad dressing over the Chinese cabbage and mix well. Add more seasoning if desired.
