Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 250 ml dressing (yoghurt dressing)
  • possibly nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the Chinese cabbage and apples thoroughly. If you like, you can peel the apples (I always leave the skin on, as it’s supposed to retain a lot of vitamins). Quarter the apples, remove the cores, etc., and then cut them into small pieces. Remove the stem from the Chinese cabbage and cut it into thin strips. Place the cabbage and apple pieces in a bowl and toss with the yogurt dressing. If you like, you can also garnish with nuts.
