Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ pack of Mie noodles, approx. 125 g
- 1 handful of peas, frozen
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 handful of sesame seeds
- 1 dashes teriyaki sauce
- 1 dashes hoisin sauce
- 1 dashes soy sauce
- 1 pinch(s) five-spice powder
- 1 jar mung beans
- 2 eggs
- Sweet and sour sauce, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Pour hot water over the mie noodles. Meanwhile, chop the bell pepper. In a pan, fry the drained mie noodles, sesame seeds, peas, bell pepper, and drained mung beans. Add the eggs and mix. Season everything with Asia 5 seasoning and the sauces. If you like, you can also add a dash of sweet and sour sauce.
