delicious apple tart
Mix the flour, butter, sugar, and egg to make a smooth shortcrust pastry. Line a 28 cm tart pan with the dough and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. While the pastry is baking, peel the apples, cut them into large cubes, and sauté them with vanilla sugar or cinnamon, butter, and 5 tablespoons of water for about 7 minutes. Drain the apples and spread them on the pre-baked shortcrust pastry. Cut the butter into large pieces and crumble it with the flour and sugar, then sprinkle it on the tart. Bake at 175°C for about 35 minutes.
