Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 5 bunch chives, very finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

White cheese on ciboulette

Mix the quark with the sour cream. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a little mineral water to make it a little creamier. Stir in the chives and season with salt and pepper. Serve with brown bread or boiled potatoes.
