Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g almond flour, alternatively a mixture of 40% almond flour + 40% chocolate protein powder + 20% wheat gluten
  • 5 egg whites, or half the amount of whole eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 60 g protein powder (chocolate protein powder)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for 12 pieces

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Simply mix all ingredients into a smooth batter and fill muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes. Tips: Coconut flour or other low-carb flours can be used instead of almond flour. Of course, any other protein powder will work, too, although chocolate and banana always go well together. It also tastes great with vanilla. 100 kcal per serving.
