Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 6 small eggs
  • 250 g chocolate, grated
  • 250 g almond(s), ground
  • Cake icing (chocolate icing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Makes about 35 cookies

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and flour and beat until thick and creamy. Fold in the chocolate and almonds. Spread the batter evenly on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C. Let cool, then spread the chocolate glaze over the lukewarm cake. Once the chocolate glaze has set, cut the cake into bite-sized pieces to make cookies.
