Chocolate Cream Puffs

The perfect chocolate cream puffs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 25 Pc. Oreo biscuits
  • 2 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 1 Cup Whipped cream
  • 0,25 Cup Sugar
  • 0,25 Cup Corn starch
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Liquid butter
  • 0,5 Cup Flour
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  1. Separate the top and bottom of the Oreo biscuits. Place oreo cream in one bowl, transfer cookies in another bowl.
  2. Puree the biscuits (bottom and top) in a blender and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the egg yolks, whipped cream, sugar and cornstarch, stirring constantly, until a thick mixture is formed. Stir in oreo cream. Cover the mixture with a transparent film and put in a cool place.
  4. Mix the water, melted butter, flour and pureed oreo biscuits in a saucepan to form an even batter. Add the egg and stir well again.
  5. Use a piping bag to place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Using a piping bag, squirt the oreo cream cream into the chocolate bag. Spread a little cream on the bags and then sprinkle with some biscuit crumbs.
