Chocolate Cream Puffs

- 25 Pc. Oreo biscuits
- 2 Pc. Egg yolk
- 1 Cup Whipped cream
- 0,25 Cup Sugar
- 0,25 Cup Corn starch
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Liquid butter
- 0,5 Cup Flour
- 1 Pc. Egg
- Separate the top and bottom of the Oreo biscuits. Place oreo cream in one bowl, transfer cookies in another bowl.
- Puree the biscuits (bottom and top) in a blender and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the egg yolks, whipped cream, sugar and cornstarch, stirring constantly, until a thick mixture is formed. Stir in oreo cream. Cover the mixture with a transparent film and put in a cool place.
- Mix the water, melted butter, flour and pureed oreo biscuits in a saucepan to form an even batter. Add the egg and stir well again.
- Use a piping bag to place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Using a piping bag, squirt the oreo cream cream into the chocolate bag. Spread a little cream on the bags and then sprinkle with some biscuit crumbs.
