Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 packs of flavoring (orange fruit)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 12 biscuits, with orange filling
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Well suited as a glass cake, for 12 muffins
Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and cocoa powder, then add the oil, eggs, water, orange juice, and orange zest. For muffins, spoon a tablespoon of batter into each paper baking cup, place a cookie on top, and cover with another tablespoon of batter. For glass cakes, break the cookies in half and fold them into the batter. Then pour the batter into about four greased, 440 ml glass jars. Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes. For glass cakes, immediately seal with screw lids after baking; they will keep for about three months.
