Chocolate – rice pudding …
- 200 Milliliters Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- 25 g Milka Zartherb
- 50 g Rice pudding
Calvados – apple
- 1 Apple fresh
- 0,5 Lemon fresh
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 Centiliters Calvados
- 1 tablespoon Sultanas
Serving
- Lemon balm fresh
Chocolate – rice pudding …
- Heat 1,175 ml milk with sugar and salt. Mix the cocoa powder with the rest of the milk until smooth. Stir cocoa into the hot milk. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the cocoa milk. Bring chocolate milk to a boil. Stir in rice and leave to swell on the lowest setting with the lid closed for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Calvados – apple …
- Quarter and peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the apple pieces with the lemon juice.
- Melt the butter in a crucible. Sprinkle with sugar and heat. Deglaze with calvados. Put the apple and sultanas in the pan. Steam for five minutes. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
Serving
- Arrange the milk rice together with the apple on plates. Garnish with lemon balm.
