with bananas and coffee flavor

Crumble the flour, 30g sugar, salt, and 100g butter with your fingertips. Add the two egg yolks and a teaspoon of water and knead everything into a dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then roll it out and place it in a tart pan (preferably with a removable base) greased with 20g butter. Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C (preferably preheated). Weigh it down with weights (preferably dry pulses), otherwise the edges of the tart will sag. Let it cool and then remove it from the pan. Fry the sliced bananas in 20g butter with the tablespoon of sugar. Bring the sour cream and coffee to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate. Stir well until the chocolate has melted. Stir in 30g butter. Place the drained bananas on the tart base and cover with the chocolate cream. Let it cool and serve well chilled.
