Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 packs of cream powder (Premium Creme de Chocolate), white
- 150 ml milk
- 200 g cream
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 bottle of food coloring, green
- 1 pack of fondant, green
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 17 minutes
For the dough: Mix the flour, baking powder, oil, and eggs into a smooth dough. Then add enough green food coloring until the dough is a nice green. Then pour the dough into a round springform pan and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 10-12 minutes. For the cream: Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Then add the cream and cream powder and stir until creamy. Then refrigerate it until needed again. Cut the cooled sponge cake in half. Simply cut lengthwise down the middle. Shape the fondant. I wanted little fir trees and lettering, so I rolled out the fondant and used a cookie cutter to create the trees and a knife to create my lettering. Create a cake. To do this, spread some of the cream on the sponge cake layer, place the second sponge cake layer on top, and spread the rest of the cream on the second layer and all around the cake, so that the green layer is no longer visible. Finally, decorate your cake with fondant and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
