Ingredients
- 1 cup Yoghurt - 200 ml capacity, continue with the same cup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Rapeseed oil
- 1 cup Desiccated coconut
- 1,5 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 100 g Chocolate
- 1 cube Palmin Coconut Fat
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with the sugar and stir with a whisk until the sugar has melted.
- Add the oil and milk.
- Mix the coconut flakes with the flour and baking powder, add. Mix carefully.
- Take a greased and floured form (for me it was a rectangular enamel form approx. 20 x 30 cm) and add the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake for about 30 minutes. Let cool down.
- Melt the chocolate with the palmin and brush the cold cake with it. Let the chocolate set. Cut bites and enjoy :)))
- This is not a long-life pastry, but because it is prepared quickly, it also fits the Christmas table ......
