Coconut Bites

The perfect coconut bites recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup Yoghurt – 200 ml capacity, continue with the same cup
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1,5 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 100 g Chocolate
  • 1 dice Palmin
  1. Mix the yogurt with the sugar and stir with a whisk until the sugar has melted.
  2. Add the oil and milk.
  3. Mix the coconut flakes with the flour and baking powder, add. Mix carefully.
  4. Take a greased and floured form (for me it was a rectangular enamel form approx. 20 x 30 cm) and add the dough.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake for about 30 minutes. Let cool down.
  6. Melt the chocolate with the palmin and brush the cold cake with it. Let the chocolate set. Cut bites and enjoy :)))
  7. This is not a long-life pastry, but because it is prepared quickly, it also fits the Christmas table ……
