Pineapple and Coconut Bites

The perfect pineapple and coconut bites recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • A few pieces of pineApple, bAnAnA or mAngo
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Flour
  • 100 g Coconut flakes
  • Rapeseed oil for frying
  1. Peel the fruit and cut into pieces. Whisk eggs. Mix the vanilla sugar and flour. First turn the fruit pieces in the vanilla flour, then pull them through the egg and then bread them with coconut flakes. heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the breaded pieces of fruit in it until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve.
  2. Goes with chocolate sauce
