  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 10 drops of essential oil of your choice (e.g. lavender, tea tree, lemon, etc.)
  • Glass jar with lid

Preparation:

Mix together the baking soda and cornstarch in a bowl. Add the melted coconut oil and essential oils and mix well until the baking soda has dissolved. Before the mixture hardens, pour it into a glass jar. Take a small amount out daily with a spatula, let it melt in your hands, and “cream” your armpits with it.

Coconut oil helps with detoxification
