Cole Slaw

The perfect cole slaw recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Cabbage
  • 130 g Sour cream
  • 50 g Carrot
  • 25 g Onion
  • 15 g White wine vinegar
  • 10 g Mayonnaise
  • 6 g Salt
  • 6 g Sugar
  • 6 g Pepper White
  1. Cut the pointed cabbage into strips, peel the carrot and slice into fine strips with a slicer. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix the pointed cabbage, carrot and onion in it. Let it steep for at least an hour before consuming.
