Cole Slaw
The perfect cole slaw recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Cabbage
- 130 g Sour cream
- 50 g Carrot
- 25 g Onion
- 15 g White wine vinegar
- 10 g Mayonnaise
- 6 g Salt
- 6 g Sugar
- 6 g Pepper White
- Cut the pointed cabbage into strips, peel the carrot and slice into fine strips with a slicer. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix the pointed cabbage, carrot and onion in it. Let it steep for at least an hour before consuming.
