Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small white cabbage
- 2 m.-large carrot(s)
- 1 piece(s) celeriac, approx. 8 x 8cm
- ¼ bunch parsley, chopped
- some salt and pepper
- Pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil

low in fat and calories, vegetarian
Quarter the cabbage, peel the carrots and celery, and grate everything. Add the remaining ingredients and knead by hand for about 3-5 minutes. Season to taste, if desired. It goes well with all fish and meat dishes and tastes great even a day later.
