Colorful lamb's lettuce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 2 onions, red
  • 2 small red apples
  • 150 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sort the lamb’s lettuce, wash it, and spin it dry. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Quarter the apples, core them, and slice them. Clean the mushrooms (do not wash them!!!) and slice them. Drizzle the mushroom and apple slices with the juice of 1 lemon. Mix all ingredients together. For the marinade, mix the vinegar with the mustard, crushed garlic clove, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir in 4 tablespoons of oil and add 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts. Pour the marinade over the salad just before serving and mix well.
