Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g pasta (spirelli), colored
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 200 g cream
- n. B. cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- some oil for frying
- vegetable broth if required
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and halve or quarter them. Peel and dice the onion. Fry both together in hot oil in a pan. Sprinkle with flour, sauté while stirring, and deglaze with the cream (if it’s too thick, add more vegetable stock). Bring to a boil briefly and season to taste. Strain the pasta through a sieve and let it drain. Then toss everything with the mushroom and onion mixture and place everything in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 5 minutes (or until the cheese has melted). Finally, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
