Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour (wheat flour)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 50 ml oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 75 ml water
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Recipe for children’s hands

Preheat oven to 200°C. Knead flour, salt, baking powder, oil, and water into a dough. Wash and trim the vegetables. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips and the zucchini into thin slices. Then dice the tomatoes, mozzarella ball, and ham. Roll out the dough and divide into 8 squares. Spread on a baking sheet. Brush with a mixture of tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and oregano. Arrange the vegetables, ham, and cheese on top and bake for about 20 minutes.
