- 2 tomatoes
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- Vinegar

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Finely chop the tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, and spring onion. Peel the cucumber and cut into approximately 8 mm slices. Lightly salt and pepper the tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumber, and only salt the onion. Let everything simmer for about 30 minutes. Combine the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, season with sweetener to taste, pour over the salad ingredients, and toss to combine.
