Colorful salad à la Raven

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of dressing (French herb dressing)
  • 1 pinch(s) salt and pepper, coarsely ground
  • ½ tsp instant broth
  • 1 shot of water, cold
  • 4 dashes of Maggi
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ can corn
  • ½ onion(s)
  • ½ red pointed pepper
  • 4 tomatoes, sun-dried in oil, cut into strips
  • 1 handful of pasta of your choice
  • salt water
  • ¾ head of lettuce of your choice, cut into strips
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • e.g. sunflower seeds or pumpkin or pine nuts or similar.
  • n. B. Baguette(s) (garlic baguette)
  • possibly cucumber(s)
  • possibly sheep’s cheese
  • possibly radishes
  • possibly olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

pasta salad

Mix the herb dressing, salt, pepper, and broth with a good splash of cold water. Add the Maggi and vinegar. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water and set aside. Peel the onion and slice into thin half rings. Wash the bell pepper and slice into rings. Drain the corn and sun-dried tomatoes. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Wash the lettuce and cut into strips. Place everything in a large bowl and pour the dressing over it. Add the seeds and mix well. You can also add cucumbers, feta cheese, radishes, and olives to the salad. Serve with garlic baguette.
