Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Vegetables from the pan

Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Dice the onion and fry until translucent. Thinly slice the zucchini and add it to the onions. Then dice the bell pepper and add it to the pan. Finally, add the tomatoes and sauté until soft. Season with a pinch of salt, a little oregano, basil, and paprika. Serve best with rice or potatoes.
