Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg minced pork
- 3 tsp curing salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp mustard
- 3 packs of gelatin
- 150 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 days 2 hours 30 minutes
Place the minced meat, curing salt, pepper, and mustard in a bowl. Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions, add it to the ingredients, and mix well until a sticky mixture forms. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until well combined. Pour the meat mixture into jars, filling them to about two centimeters below the rim. Fill a roasting pan with about 2 cm of water, place the jars in it, and cook in the oven at 95°C-98°C, just below cooking temperature, for 90-120 minutes. Cool thoroughly and let rest for about 2 days.
